Pools and Whirlpools

Let the little ones jump into fun at Splashaway Bay℠ aqua park or take a dip in a selection of tranquil pools and whirlpools.

Children can swim and play in the main outdoor pools on all Royal Caribbean Ships. The Solarium pool is designated for adults only (minimum 16 years of age). There is no lifeguard on duty and no child or infants is allowed to enter any pool wearing nappies (including swimming nappies). Children and infants must be toilet trained and under their parent/guardians supervision at all times.

Kid Club

Drop off the kids, so you can run off and play. Royal Caribbean’s award-winning complimentary programmes for kids mean boredom is banished onboard. Every member of the Adventure Ocean® team holds a four-year degree in education, recreation or a related subject.

From scientific lava eruptions to scavenger hunts, fun and educational activities are provided for five age groups:

  • Royal Babies & Tots® Nursery (6-36 months)*
  • Aquanauts (3-5 years)
  • Explorers (6-8 years)
  • Voyagers (9-11 years)
  • Teens (12-14 and 15-17 years)

*Available on selected ships. Fees apply for babysitting services.
